Hi, I'm Lauren! I'm the owner of Calderon Curations.

I created Calderon Curations out of my love for charcuterie, baking and exploring new foods and flavors.

Calderon Curations is about thoughtfully and carefully selecting items with you in mind –  what are you going to see and immediately fall in love with and enjoy. Nothing is selected at random! We not only want it to be visually appealing and make you eager to eat and share, but for the pairings to complement each other and inspire you to try the grazings again.

I try to buy and include local grazings and will be sure to highlight these items on your menu card. I am happy to customize, add, remove to your preferences. I want you to have as great of an experience with your charcuterie and macarons as I do curating them.
