Refund policy

Wrong Items and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you received the wrong items or are missing items you ordered so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP.

Cancellation Requests

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy, which means you have up to 72 hours before your scheduled pick up or delivery of your order to request a cancellation.

We will not issue a refund if your request is made with less than 72 hours notice to cancel your order.

Refunds 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the credit card fees that our business incurs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
